I am a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor and am able to supply EPCs (Energy Performance Certificates) as part of the Home Information Packs (HIPs) or the whole HIP for properties in the North London, East London, Essex and some of Herts areas.
I am based in Chingford, North-East London and am therefore ideally placed to assess properties in a wide-ranging area.

I am professional and reliable and available for work immediately.
If you don't require the full Home Information Pack then I am currently offering Energy Performance Certificates for £50, which I consider is excellent value for money. I am prepared to negotiate on price for regular business customers.

I am a fully qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) having passed the ABBE (Award Body for the Built Environment) level 3 Diploma qualification in Domestic Energy Assessment.
